This is a very displayable specimen of Elrathia kingi from the ''Red Beds'' of Utah. Specimens of this trilobite have been found hundreds of miles away that were drilled by Native Americans for use as adornment purposes. This large, complete specimen is very detailed and well articulated. The colorful trilobite is quite distinct and is well showcased on a plate of pinkish-tan shale that is also extremely aesthetic. This is a very displayable, complete specimen of Elrathia kingii in matrix from the famous Wheeler ''Red Beds''.
