Here is a cool plate of ''classic'' US trilobites. These are Sthenarocalymene celebra from the Silurian of Illinois. There are three trilobites on the plate - two have been composited. The bugs are extremely inflated and nicely articulated. The individual thoracic segments are easily seen, and the tails are present. The bugs have good natural color and are well presented on the large dolomitic block. This is a nice display example of Sthenarocalymene from Illinois.
